Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 2 TBSP Dark Cocoa Powder
  • 1 1/2 Cups White Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Espresso Powder
  • 1 1/2 Cup Water
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix cocoa, espresso powder and sugar in at least a 4 quart saucepan. Add water, heat and stir to dissolve. Boil for 3 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add salt and vanilla.
