Pear Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 6 TBSP SR Flour
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 Stick Unsalted Butter, browned and cooled
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2-3 Fresh Pears, peeled and sliced thin - lengthwise
  • 1 Regular Pie Crust

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°
  2. Beat eggs, sugar, salt and flour until light and fluffy.
  3. Slowly add butter, continue beating until creamy. Add vanilla.
  4. Layer pear slices around pie crust, small ends towards the center.
  5. Spread mixture over pears.
  6. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° continue baking for 50 minutes.
  7. Cool and serve.
